Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests over 18 must present photo identification (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, or Voter ID) to complete check-in.
Foreign nationals must provide a valid Passport and Visa. Without proper ID, check-in will be denied, the booking will be marked as a NO SHOW, and no refund will be given.
Bookings are non-transferable without written consent from the hotel.
Special requests are subject to availability and may incur charges.
Advance payment guarantees your booking.
Room service is available upon request with extra charges for selected menu items.
All-inclusive package meals are served in our restaurant according to set meal times.
Room service dining is available for an additional fee.
Kumbanad Heritage Hotel is a minimal plastic zone. We discourage the use of plastic-packed bottles and plastic carry bags.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
As a nature-friendly resort, we encourage respect for the environment to ensure an enriching holiday experience.
Any missing or damaged room supplies, beyond the provided consumables, will be charged at check-out.
