Cancellation & Refund Policy

Receive a full refund when canceling 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
For cancellations made between 48 hours and 10 days, a credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival.
No refunds for No Show, Late Check-in, or Early Check-out.
Kumbanad Heritage Hotels Private Limited reserves the right to cancel reservations due to suspected fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
Bank transaction charges will be deducted in addition to cancellation charges for refunds.
Credit card refunds will be credited to the respective cardholder’s bank account, minus bank service charges.
For credit card transactions and cash payments exceeding ₹50000/-, Pan Card details are required.
Refund processing may take 15–20 business days, and the amount depends on factors like our cancellation policy, timing, and processing fees.
